Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Topfolds (the “Service”), operated at topfolds.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account (which we use for sign-in) and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at afriyiesamuel36@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. The Service

Topfolds helps you design, audit, and refine landing pages using AI. The Service may include free tiers, paid subscription plans, and one-time credit top-ups. Features and pricing may change; material changes will be announced in-product or by email before they take effect.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
  • Generate content that impersonates a real person, brand, or entity in a way intended to mislead users.
  • Circumvent rate limits, credit costs, or usage caps, or attempt to access the Service in ways other than the published interface.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy non-public parts of the Service.
  • Use automated systems to extract data, scrape pages, or generate content at volumes that impair the Service for others.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without refund, at our discretion.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts, URLs, reference images, and any content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and forward Your Content to the third-party providers listed in our Privacy Policy solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

We do not claim ownership of landing pages the Service generates for you, and we do not use your content to train third-party foundation models.

5. Generated output

The Service uses AI models to produce generations based on your inputs. Output may occasionally be inaccurate, derivative, or unfit for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before using it in production, and for ensuring the output complies with applicable laws and the rights of third parties. We make no guarantee that two users submitting similar inputs won't receive similar outputs.

6. Payments, credits, and refunds

  • Free credits — new accounts receive a one-time allocation of free credits. Free credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Subscriptions — monthly plans renew automatically on the billing date. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Top-ups — one-time top-up packs are added to your bonus balance and do not expire as long as your account remains active.
  • Refunds — unused subscription credits and top-ups are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact afriyiesamuel36@gmail.com.
  • Payments are processed by Polar. Their terms also apply to the payment transaction.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, text, and trademarks, is owned by Topfolds and its licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we're required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your rights under these Terms end immediately.

9. Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOPFOLDS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Topfolds from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or connected with (a) your use of the Service, (b) Your Content, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced in- product or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Disputes and severability

We'd like the chance to resolve any concerns directly. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at afriyiesamuel36@gmail.com so we can try to work it out. If we can't resolve it informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be handled in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator of the Service. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
